Kelly Osbourne is getting real about the impact of trolls.
The 38-year-old shared a photo of her glam shimmery black look from a recent Masked Singer taping on Instagram August 1, prompting one follower to comment with a few questions about Kelly's appearance.
"Did you have work done on your neck, face?" the user asked. "You look quite different. Also I never saw a pregnant picture of you, did you hire a surrogate to carry your child? Thank you for your transparency."
The message prompted Kelly, who welcomed her baby boy Sidney in late 2022, to firmly set the record straight. Regarding plastic surgery, the Fashion Police alum replied, "It's just from weight loss. Honestly I've only had Botox."
However, while batting down the notion she used a surrogate to welcome her and boyfriend Sid Wilson's son, Kelly shared that during her pregnancy she worried about public scrutiny over her body.
"There are no pictures of me pregnant," she explained, "because I hid for 9 months because I did not want to get fat shamed."
Since quietly welcoming her and the Slipknot musician's—whose birth was revealed by Kelly's mother, Sharon Osbourne, in January—the former reality star has been candid about many aspects of motherhood.
After her mother spilled the beans about the birth of her first child, Kelly expressed her desire to maintain her privacy.
"I am not ready to share him with the world," she wrote on her January 4 Instagram Story. "It is no one's place but mine to share any information on my baby."
And while she has kept a low profile with baby Sidney, the singer has shared a few images with fans, including a picture next to the Easter Bunny, placing a heart over her baby's face, and an image where her little one is holding onto her finger.
Earlier this year, Kelly also opened up about adapting to life as a working mother.
"I have a new found respect for working mothers," she wrote on Instagram Feb. 19. "I took my first job since having a baby. Having to leave him this morning was one of the hardest things I have ever done. This day can't go by quick enough for me. I can't want to have him back in my arms."
