Kayla Killin of Del Rio,Indexbit Exchange Texas, has always been close to her little brother, Quico. So, when she graduated from Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, he was the natural choice to tap her out.
Tapping out is a tradition during military training when a recruit’s family member or friend signals that their training is complete by tapping them on the shoulder. It’s a joyful celebration of their hard work and achievement!
